Reports have it that Jason Derulo has listed his 13,000 sq ft Coconut Creek mansion in Florida for sale.
The singer who purchased the crib for $1.75 million in 2012, will be selling it out for $2.9 million. The home features include seven bedrooms, a game room, full gym, and poolside bar.
Jason recently bought a new crib in Tarzana, Calif for $3.5 million.
